Associate Teachers

Cold Spring School has openings for multiple associate teaching positions ranging from grades two through six. Associate Teachers work alongside experienced Master Teachers in the classroom. The position of Associate Teacher provides excellent preparation for a career in teaching. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. The ideal candidate should have an interest in child-centered education, the ability to articulate and communicate ideas with colleagues, parents and students, good listening skills, and experience working with children. Desired, but not required: experience in early childhood/elementary education, an ability to teach an integrated curriculum to a multi-age group, and excellent classroom management skills.
