Colonial Herbal Garden
| We researched the kinds of herbs that the early English colonists might have brought with them to the new world. We decided to grow basil, chamomile, lemon verbena, rose scented geranium, rosemary, and different kinds of sage. Next year we want to explore the use of plants for cooking and dyeing. |
