Wolf Spider

The Wolf Spider has 8 eyes. They are compound eyes. The spider has a pair of main eyes which can focus in on prey. All other eyes are used to detect movement.  The Wolf Spider has joints, mostly on its legs.  This is the belly of the spider.

Silt organs that you see here are spread around a spider's body to sense stress, vibration and gravity.

Spider blood is blue! Even when it comes out into the air, it still stays blue. The blood isn't in veins like humans, it just flows all around the organs of the spider. This is where she carries her young for a few years.

This fuzzy thing is a palp. The palp is used to sense and detect while the fangs injects poison into its prey.

The female Wolf Spider carries her young on her back for a few months.

This hair is a tactile sensor. They are spread all over its body. If you yell at a spider, he uses these to sense the sound waves.
