K/1 Master Teacher

Cold Spring School has opened the search for a Master Teacher for the 2017-2018 school year. The position entails a supervisory and mentoring relationship with an Associate Teacher and responsibility for daily and overall curriculum implementation, development and planning. A candidate should have a Master’s Degree, three-five years of successful classroom (lead) teaching experience and excellent classroom management skills. He/she should have a commitment to the school’s progressive education philosophy and it’s child-centered approach to teaching, an ability to teach an integrated curriculum and an ability to work and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

3-5 Years Lead Teaching Experience

Associate Fitness Teacher 

Cold Spring School is looking for an Associate Fitness Teacher to assist our current Fitness Teacher with our outdoor Fitness program for children in grades Prek-6th grade. In winter months (approximately Nov. 1- April 1) this individual will assist with indoor Fitness classes in addition to being available to sub throughout the school on an as needed basis. 

Part Time (25 hours per week) with potential for more hours. 

Salary: $22,000 plus benefits
